In a recent Forbes.com article, “Why Companies Fail to Engage Today’s Workforce: The Overwhelmed Employee,” Josh Bersin states, “Companies are struggling to engage our modern, twenty-first century workforce.” Bersin cites evidence from a 2014 Deloitte-Global Human Capital Trends study with 2,500 organizations in 90 different countries.
